Family and pet friendly, duplex house. We have a large enclosed yard, a lock up garage, and an under cover outdoor area. There is room for off street parking for a boat and trailer. We have decorated the house to give it a home away from home feeling, with lots of attention to comfort and detail.

Located in a quiet street, the house is walking distance to a shopping centre and the local tavern. There is a salt water lake, ideal for swimming and paddling at the end of the street, and access to a beach on the channel is just around the corner. It’s a 5 minute drive to five different surf beaches and three minutes to boat ramps.
