The Swan House is a large retro beach house on the NSW South Coast. With five queen bedrooms on two levels, the house sleeps up to twelve guests. There are also two living areas, a separate dining room, two brand new bathrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs), a gourmet kitchen and large grassy back yard. The Swan House is a holiday rental property, so it is available for non simultaneous swaps. It is generally booked out during school holidays, but is often available in other times of the year. FOR FOODIES: New gourmet kitchen with two ovens, microwave, fridge, toaster, rice cooker, gas weber bbq, loads of crockery, cutlery, tablecloths etc. FOR KIDS: Travel cot, high chair, boardgames, toys. FOR SURFERS: Short walk to multiple surf beaches. FOR CYCLISTS: Bike trails galore through the Conjola National Park (2 blocks from the house) FOR HOME BODIES: Wifi, two lounge areas (one upstairs, one downstairs), each with a TV and Chromecast to cast your favourite show. Combustion stove, board games. Big grassy back yard with fire pit area. Outdoor table that seats 12, bbq, outdoor lounge area. FOR PETS: Well behaved dogs are welcome in the backyard and inside the house in the downstairs area (not upstairs). Dogs not permitted on beds, and please clean up after your pooch :-)
